Pan-European mid-market private equity investment firm Oakley Capital will acquire a majority stake in vitroconnect, a broadband open access platform in Germany. The deal marks the first for Oakley’s Capital Origin II fund.

Oakley is investing alongside founder and CEO Dirk Pasternack and his management team, who will continue to run the business. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to complete around the end of H1 2024.

vitroconnect is based in Gütersloh and connects broadband providers with resellers through its software platform. The company offers process automation, network operations, brokerage and white-label services through its carrier aggregation platform.
